Ceramic bottle: OLIVE rapresentation

Italian extra virgin olive oil cold extracted. Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

For this line of products we chose an oil obtained from cultivars that generally give a medium-fruity oil with notes of bitter and spicy and hints of fresh grass, green apple, almond, celery, lattuce and rosemary.

Average nutritional values per 100 ml:

Energy values: kj 3404/ kcal 828.

Fat: g 92 of which saturated: g 12, monounsaturaded g 73, polyunsaturaded g 7/ Carbohydrate: g 0 of which sugars: g 0/ Protein: g 0/ Salt: g 0.
